Refund Policy

The consultancy and processing fee is non-refundable.
No fee, including service charges paid to VisionWay and fees paid to any college, institute, or university during the process, will be refunded if the candidate is unable to board the flight due to their own inability.
If your visa application is denied after consultation or processing, no fees will be refunded.
In case a college or university rejects your application, application fees will not be refunded.
The application fee is non-refundable if denied for reasons beyond VisionWay Immigration's control.
If a student provides fraudulent information, forged documents, or false statements for a visa or state/territorial ID application, the application will be denied and no refund will be given. All payments received will be retained by VisionWay Immigration.
VisionWay Immigration is not responsible for the time taken by governing bodies to process or decide applications, and we cannot guarantee outcomes in every case.

Cancellation

Users may cancel service requests at any time.
VisionWay Immigration may cancel or suspend a service at its discretion if fraudulent activity is identified.
VisionWay Immigration may suspend a user account if a transaction does not comply with the Terms of Service.
Services may be cancelled due to factors outside the company's control, including factors affecting logistical efficiency.
VisionWay Immigration reserves the right to decline service where it has no interest in continuing service for a customer.
VisionWay Immigration maintains a blacklist of fraudulent transactions and non-compliant users and may refuse service to anyone on that list at any time.

In case of any discrepancy between this policy and the provisions listed on a specific service page, or any agreement made before, during, or after a transaction, the service page and/or such agreement shall prevail.
