Force Majeure

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Where mutual settlement is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by VisionWay Immigration, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the Parties, including cost allocation.

Miscellaneous

VisionWay Immigration is not liable for non-performance caused by mechanical, electronic, or communication failures. You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense rights under these Terms without prior written consent. VisionWay Immigration may assign or delegate rights and obligations without your permission.

Nothing in these Terms creates agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between parties.

Notices required under these Terms shall be in writing and deemed served upon personal delivery, three days after registered/certified mailing, on confirmation for email/fax, or upon receipt via recognized next-day courier.
